Our mandate is to establish what our candidates are trying to achieve in terms of their careers, aspirations and drivers, subsequently how exactly we can help them achieve this. From the ‘out-set’ we engage in extensive dialogue with our candidates before we even start to discuss suitable positions.
We are also extremely pro-active in our approach, in that we give the opportunity to the job seeker to determine exactly which market, what level, and in many cases in which organisation they would like to progress their careers.
