Advertised Assignments
Cynosure advertising function works in partnership with clients to create a targeted campaign. We then advertise the vacancy on the behalf of the client, manage all the responses and only submit candidates suitable for the role. This service covers all media.

Executive Search
Executive search to source ‘non-active’ candidates with an acute or sought-after skill set in a candidate short market. Cynosure Search will go into the marketplace and actively approach people on behalf of the client, at all times maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Database Search
For junior and mid-level positions, we will search our database of over fifty thousand candidates to find a relevant match for the outstanding vacancy.
