Based in The City of London, this is a key role within the private debt and investment banking business of this Global Investment firm. You will work with the team on the origination and execution of transactions across syndicated credit, real estate, private equity, DCM, leveraged & acquisition finance, structured finance and growth capital.

Role overview:
• Advise clients (Corporates, Financial Sponsors) across various assignments related to capital structure optimization, refinancing, project financing and growth financing
• Participate in the execution of debt transactions deals syndicated loan, real estate, private equity, DCM, leveraged finance, structured finance and growth capital
• Conduct due diligence processes including complex financial modelling and credit analysis
Candidate profile:
• Leveraged, structured, real estate or acquisition finance background
• Private Equity, M&A, and Transaction Advisory experience background also considered
• Strong analytical skills including credit analysis and financial modelling
• Attention to details
• Strong commercial and transaction appetite
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus
