Our client’s European Software Expertise Centre is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to research the European market for Enterprise applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work as part of a global research organization, interact with industry participants and develop valuable knowledge of the infrastructure software market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce clear and concise research studies on the European enterprise applications market
- Cover topics such as Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with the key participants in the industry
- Contribute or manage client-specific custom research projects
- Collaborate with, and leverage the research of, other members of a collaborative and inspiring global research team
- Support our client’s sales and marketing initiatives and help develop new business
Requirements
- Primary undergraduate degree, or equivalent, essential. Degree subject in a relevant field such as computer science, or other numerate discipline or a business or marketing related degree would be desirable but is not a pre-requisite.
- Professional experience in a software vendor, IT research or consulting company or as an end user of enterprise applications with a strong market awareness would be desirable
- Strong analytical and numerate skills and the ability to see beyond the detail to the big picture
- Strong writing and presentation skills in English
- Comfortable both working alone and as part of a project team
